When talking about road races with history, the Boston Marathon has long been the icon race and a virtual runner magnet for people from all over the United States. The Marathon gets it's name from Marathon, the city where the great race first started.

When discussing the American tradition called "The Turkey Trot", no race can compare to the historical relevance of the 2013 PLYMOUTH TURKEY TROT. Runners will be taken back in time to the days and the place where Thanksgiving first started.

Don't miss this special opportunity to run or walk where the Pilgrims walked in times of old. See Plymouth Rock, where the race starts. Take a picture at Forefathers Monument or in front of the Mayflower.
